2008 and 2009 Products: Under our current pricing model, the price of your
upgrade depends on which product release you own. After March16, 2010,
your upgrade from previous software releases, including Autodesk® 2008 and
2009 software, will cost 50 percent of the full price of the new license. The last
day to upgrade at current prices is March 15th 2010.
2007 Products: AutoCAD® 2007 and other Autodesk® 2007 software will
be retiring on March 16th, 2010. After this date, you'll no longer be eligible to
receive technical support or upgrade pricing. For a complete list of retiring
products, please refer to the product list below.

That's why, for a limited time, we're offering a discount on the cost of
upgrades to help make the transition as cost-effective as possible.
